Concrete is a beautiful, noble material. It will come with asperities, imperfections, color variations because of it is what it is. If you are after plain, uniform surfaces and patterns, consider paint, wallpaper and tiles.
You have to treat it right! Don’t assume because it’s concrete you can hit it with a hammer, drag a metal filing case across it, or spill ketchup all over it. It will mark, chip, scratch and stain, just like wood, plaster or tiling!
